Dear colleague,
I am writing to you because you attended the AO4ELT conference last year
in Paris. We are proposing to hold a second edition of the AO4ELT
conference, on Oct 3-7 2011 in Victoria, BC, Canada. In order to help
the organization process, we need to get an estimate of how many people
would attend. Therefore, could you please let Marlene Olsen
(Marlene.Olsen@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca) know whether you would come to Victoria
next year. In order to do so, please choose one of the follow choices:
1) I will certainly attend
2) It is likely that I will attend
3) At this point in time, I am not sure whether I will be able to attend or not
4) It is unlikely that I will attend
5) I will certainly not attend
Feel free to add any comments or forward this email to others who did
not attend the conference in Paris.
Thanks for your help in collecting this attendance estimate, which is
critical to ensure that the conference can run on a balanced budget.
